Practice background

In October 2007, Dr Mehigan and Dr Mehtar joined their practices together in a newly refurbished surgery to form Churchtown Medical at 3 Landscape Road in Churchtown.

Prior to this, Dr Mehtar had worked in his own practice on Upper Churchtown Road and Dr Mehigan at the practice on Landscape Road. The decision to join the practices together has ensured that patients of both practices have access to an even broader range of services. Early in 2008, Dr Gavin and Practice Nurse Siobhan joined the practice.  

All doctors, nurses and administration staff at Churchtown Medical pride themselves on placing all their patients’ needs at the centre of everything that we do and to providing a complete community based family care service.

In response to the needs of our patients, we have recently introduced an ultrasound service and minor surgery clinic.
