Book an Appointment

Appointments are available from 9am – 6 pm Monday to Fridays. To make an appointment, please phone us on 01 298 8945 or call into the surgery and we will do our best to arrange an appointment to suit you.

We have three full-time doctors in our practice and each has access to your patient records – we would encourage you therefore to see any of the doctors should your usual doctor be unavailable for any reason.

Cancelling Appointments

If you need to cancel an appointment we would ask that you contact us within 24 hours if possible to allow us to offer this appointment to another patient.

Payment

We request that all bills are settled at time of consultation. We accept laser cards and all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard etc. We also accept personal cheques and cash.

Change of Details

If you move house or change your name or telephone number please let us know by informing reception, e-mailing or writing to us. It is very important that we have updated records should we need to contact you.
